With more than two decades of dedicated experience, I, Rubén García, am the creator of Momento Calma and the innovative Global Integration Massage. My professional career began in 2000, when I graduated from the Sagrera Ferándiz School of Chiromassage and Manual Therapy, where I acquired my fundamental experience in Swedish massage and its application to sports.

My search for holistic bodywork took me through various schools specializing in functional and therapeutic massage. Subsequently, I qualified as a Higher Technician in Esthetics, which broadened my professional scope to the wellness sector, allowing me to develop my skills in various spas and wellness centers.

Deepening my understanding of holistic wellness, I trained as a Yoga instructor, which gave me a deeper insight into the principles of Oriental massage, including styles such as Abhyangam, Chi Gong and Shiatsu. My commitment to advanced techniques led me to Thailand, where I specialized in Thai Bodywork, a powerful discipline that I continue to practice and perfect today.

Having established a solid professional practice both in the hospitality industry and in my private practice, serving hundreds of clients, I developed Global Integration Massage. Offered under the framework of Momento Calma, this unique session meticulously integrates the accumulated knowledge and practical experience of my career.
